The NLS coaches are always dedicated to developing individuals and strengthening our team rosters.
That includes both in the present, and for the future. Our door is always open to girls who are looking for a new team to call home.
We have specific philosophies at each age level that are appropriate to ensure a long term process of developing individuals on and off the field. Our coaching staff has extensive experience both in working with youth and coaching fastpitch. Mutual respect between players and coaches are a priority to us at NLS in order to develop a lasting positive culture.
